Preferensi Konsumen Kopi Robusta Terhadap Parameter Mutu Specialty Coffee Association Menggunakan Metode Analytical Hierarchi Process (AHP)

Abstrak. Kopi adalah salah satu komoditas andalan sektor perkebunan di Indonesia yang memiliki nilai ekspor. Robusta merupakan varietas kopi dibudidayakan Indonesia. Perbedaan minat dan selera masing-masing konsumen menjadi dasar pemahaman dalam mengembangkan robusta Aceh. Pemilihan produk tertentu, preferensi tercermin sikap mereka terhadap itu sendiri. Sikap suatu berarti memeriksa kecenderungan menilai apakah menyukainya atau tidak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan parameter mutu Specialty Coffee Association menggunakan metode analytical hierarchi process (AHP), melalui penelitian juga dapat diperoleh cita rasa terbaik paling diminati diterima pasar konsumen. Metode AHP menghasilkan output berupa perangkingan dihitung berdasarkan input bobot sistem pengambilan keputusan ditanam Bener Meriah, Tangse, Lamno. 2 proses pengolahan yaitu basah kering. Hasil dari menunjukkan bahwa flavour dengan 0,36 lebih disukai pada lainnya.
